Information you will need at the time of loan application.

  • General Information
  • Tax Returns Last Three Years
  • Name, address and phone number of current and past landlords
  • If Corporation or LLC, Bylaws, minutes, corporate resolution or partnership agreement authorizing purchase
  • Employment and Income Information

    If a partnership or corporation is involved, tax returns for the same will be required Personal Financial Statement List all income and expenses accounts with account numbers, loan numbers, and related information and mailing addresses of depository Real Estate List all real estate owned including balance owed, property address, market value, mortgage company name, address, loan number and type, date of acquisition - Partnerships, LLC's and other forms of ownership may require separate tax returns.
